Exclusive booking processing. Any inquiry originating from Nu must be processed through the platform's booking system. Offline conversion of a Nu-generated lead constitutes a material breach of the agreement.

Exclusive Nu rate. You agree to offer an 8–12% discount exclusively through in-app bookings. This rate is coded to the booking reference and cannot be offered directly to couples via WhatsApp or phone.

Escrow deposit acceptance. You accept a 10–20% refundable deposit via Paymob or Fawry as booking confirmation. The deposit is held in escrow and released 7 days after event completion unless a dispute is raised.

Common questions.

What is the "exclusive Nu rate"?
The exclusive Nu rate is a discount of 8–12% below your standard price, offered only through in-app bookings. The discount is coded to the booking reference number — it cannot be redeemed in a direct WhatsApp conversation. This gives couples a financial reason to book through the platform rather than trying to contact you directly.
What happens if a couple cancels?
The 10–20% escrow deposit is refundable and is held by the platform until 7 days after the event. If the couple cancels before the event, the refund policy depends on how far in advance the cancellation occurs — terms are specified in the couple-facing booking agreement. You are protected from no-shows with at minimum 50% of the deposit if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event.
Can I list my business on other platforms at the same time?
Yes. The exclusivity clause applies only to Nu-generated leads. If a couple found you through Instagram, Google, or any other channel, you are free to close that booking directly. The restriction is specifically: any inquiry that was initiated through the Nu platform must be processed through it.
How and when do I receive payment?
The escrow deposit is released to your Paymob or Fawry account 7 days after the event completes, unless a dispute is raised. The remaining balance (paid directly by the couple) is settled according to your own standard payment terms. Nu takes its commission from the deposit at release time.
How long does onboarding take?
The application form takes about 15 minutes. We review every application within 48 hours. If your documents and profile are complete, you can be live in the same day. API integration (for vendors who want real-time calendar sync) takes an additional 1–2 business days for credential issuance and testing.
Is there a written contract?
Yes. After approval, we send a one-page vendor agreement in Arabic and English. It covers the exclusivity clause, the Nu rate commitment, the escrow deposit policy, and the consequences of breach. It's designed to be simple and fair — not buried in legal language.
